Privacy
Short version: we collect what is needed to sell you a book and send it to you, and nothing else.
What we collect
When you buy, Stripe collects your name, email address, billing country and card details on its own hosted checkout page. Card details never reach this site. We receive your name, email, what you bought and the amount, so we can deliver the books and answer questions about the order.
What we do with it
We email you the download links and a receipt. We keep the order record in Stripe for as long as required by tax law. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. Stripe sets cookies on its checkout page for fraud prevention. If we add analytics later, this page will say so first.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted (subject to what tax law requires us to keep) by emailing support@thesilverbacksguide.com. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles.
