Refunds

We will refund or replace when

• the file is corrupt, incomplete or will not open on a normal device, and we cannot supply a working copy;
• you bought the same book twice by mistake;
• the book is materially not what its page described.

Email support@thesilverbacksguide.com within 14 days of purchase from the address you paid with. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe.

We do not refund when

You changed your mind after downloading, or the book was not to your taste. Every book page says exactly what is inside, and the manifesto is honest about its voice. If it is not for you, lend it to someone it is for.
