What are the seventy principles of the Silverback?
Ten principles per arena, seventy in total: the distilled operating code of the Silverback. One per week is a sixteen-month practice. One per day is two and a half months to a transformed posture.
If you read nothing else in the manifesto, read chapter sixteen. Your word is your bond. Spend less than you earn, forever. Nobody buys what you're selling; they buy what they think it will do for them. The amygdala lies, take the breath. Bullies need an audience and a victim; refuse to be either. Be a man worth meeting before you go meeting. Get the best lawyer you can afford, early. Stick the list on the back of the toilet door, photograph it, send it to your son, argue with the ones you disagree with and use the ones that land.
